Discover Your Calling is a self-discovery process. It helps you explore what matters to you, identify what you could build on, and begin putting a meaningful direction into action.
Rather than telling you what your purpose should be, the process helps you discover your own answers through short video lessons, guided reflection and practical exercises.
Purpose unfolds in stages. Each is a stepping stone, and your calling is the direction these stages lead towards. It may not be clear at the start, but it comes into focus as you move forward.

I’m Rick Paget, founder and coach at Equipe Coaching.
My professional coach training was completed through ICF-accredited programs, and I’ve been coaching since 2008. Over that time, I’ve walked alongside people as they work out what to do with the experience, strengths and opportunities they already have, across life, community leadership and business.
My role isn’t to hand you an answer. It’s to ask thoughtful questions, bring some structure, and encourage you to take the next step when you’re ready.
Équipe is French for “team”, and the name also reflects the idea of being equipped. It captures how I work: alongside you, with practical tools, towards something you choose.
