Specialising in online courses, group coaching, and one-to-one sessions, Rick supports clients to gain clarity, direction, and personal growth—empowering them to live with greater fulfilment and make a positive impact in the lives of others.
He understands the emotional weight of feeling lost, trapped, or unfulfilled—and believes no one should have to face those seasons alone.

Co-founder & Counsellor
Chanoa Paget, co-founder of Equipe Coaching & Counselling, is a compassionate counsellor dedicated to helping individuals discover and activate their unique life purpose. She specialises in shifting mindsets, overcoming emotional challenges, and guiding clients through personal roadblocks.
Chanoa supports women using a range of counselling and creative therapy approaches to explore identity, address areas of unfulfillment, and set realistic goals for a more meaningful and satisfying life. She also teaches strategies that enhance mental health, self-awareness, and overall well-being.
With teenage girls, Chanoa creates a safe, supportive space for open conversation, personal growth, and creative expression. She equips them with tools to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and build confidence, resilience, and emotional maturity—laying a strong foundation for a thriving future.
