Space to think clearly, decide well and move forward.
I’m Rick Paget, a Life Purpose Coach. I work alongside people who want greater clarity about where they’re heading and how to move forward in a way that feels worthwhile.
Coaching gives you space to step out of the day-to-day, consider what matters, and work towards your own next step.
A free 15–20 minute conversation, by phone or online.
Bring the question you’re carrying.
You don’t need to arrive with everything worked out.
Sometimes the question is a bigger one about purpose or direction. At other times it’s a decision, opportunity, leadership responsibility or business challenge that needs some focused thinking. You may have an idea you want to explore, or several possibilities competing for your attention. You may know that something needs to change without yet knowing what the change should be.
Coaching can help you work through things such as:
Clarifying a meaningful direction or important decision
Recognising what you already have to build upon
Working through competing priorities or possibilities
Considering a new stage of life, work or contribution
Navigating a leadership or business decision
Turning an idea or intention into practical next steps
The subject of the conversation may vary. The common thread is creating enough space and structure to think well, make your own decisions and move forward with greater clarity.
Thoughtful questions. Practical structure. Your decisions.
My role as a coach isn’t to hand you an answer or tell you what you should do.
I listen carefully, ask questions that help you look at things from different angles, and bring structure where it helps. Sometimes that means slowing a conversation down. At other times, it means challenging an assumption, noticing a pattern, or helping you turn something that has been sitting in your thinking into a practical next step.
A coaching session is 60 minutes. We begin with what would be most useful for you to work through and take the conversation from there. There is no fixed formula you have to fit into.
You may leave with a clearer decision, a different perspective, something worth exploring further, or an action you’re ready to take.
Coaching tends to work best when you’re willing to reflect honestly, consider different possibilities, make your own choices and take responsibility for what you decide to do next.
Choose the level of support that fits.
You can begin with a single conversation or allow a little more time to work through something over several sessions.
Single coaching session
One 60-minute 1:1 coaching session.
A good option when you have a particular question, decision or situation you want to work through.
Three-session coaching package

What others have experienced
The sessions that I spent with Rick literally changed my life! Rick’s gentle approach and his gifting with knowing the right questions to ask helped me to look at my life in a different way and make changes that I never dreamed of.”
— Mandy W.
I have really enjoyed tracking with Rick over the past few years. Whether it is personal, spiritual or a major direction for my businesses. I know he listens and takes a real interest in what I am doing. The times we have met to nut a few things out I have always left with direction and purpose for the next stage.”

Not sure whether coaching is the right next step?
You don’t need to decide before we’ve spoken.
You’re welcome to book a free 15–20 minute Purpose & Direction conversation with me. It’s an opportunity to tell me a little about what you’re considering, ask any questions, and see whether coaching would be useful.
There’s no obligation to continue.
