This page lists the third-party platforms and services we currently use that may process your personal information. We update this page as our tools change, so you always have an accurate picture — without us needing to update the full Privacy Policy each time.

Artificial Intelligence Tools
Platforms: OpenAI (ChatGPT) | Anthropic (Claude) | Additional tools may be added — this page will be updated accordingly.
Purpose: We use AI tools for drafting content and resources, AI-assisted website chat interactions, and supporting session note organisation (only with explicit client consent and using de-identified information where possible). AI tools are operated by US-based companies and may process data on overseas servers.
Important: Identifiable sensitive client information is not entered into AI tools without explicit written consent. See Section 12 of our Privacy Policy for full details.
Course Delivery Platform
Platform: Thinkific
Purpose: Hosts our online courses and manages student accounts, course access, and progress tracking.
Payment Processors
Purpose: Securely process payments for courses, coaching packages, and other purchases. We do not store full payment card details.
Email Marketing & CRM
Platforms: Mailchimp | MailerLite
Purpose: Send newsletters, resources, promotional emails, and automated email sequences. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Forms & Surveys
Platforms: JotForm | SurveyMonkey
Purpose: Collect enquiries, client intake information, feedback, and survey responses.
Website Analytics
Platform: Google Analytics
Purpose: Understand how visitors use our Sites (pages visited, session duration, traffic sources) so we can improve our content and experience.

Advertising & Retargeting
Platform: Meta (Facebook Pixel) | Google Ads
Purpose: Show targeted advertising to people who have visited our Sites or match our audience profile on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Website Platform & Infrastructure
Platform: WordPress / Automattic
Purpose: Powers our website, including comments, media, and content management.
