This page lists the third-party platforms and services we use that may handle your personal information, so you can see who they are and what they do. We update it when our tools change, without needing to change the full Privacy Policy each time.

Course delivery and checkout
Thinkific hosts our online courses, manages student accounts, access and progress, and runs course checkout. thinkific.com/legal/privacy-policy
Payments

Single coaching sessions are invoiced and paid by bank transfer.
Booking
Calendly handles session bookings, including the free Purpose & Direction conversation. calendly.com/privacy
Online sessions and file storage
Microsoft (Teams and OneDrive) and Zoom host online sessions and recordings, and Microsoft OneDrive stores files, notes and recordings. microsoft.com/privacy · zoom.com/en/trust/privacy
Mailchimp and/or ActiveCampaign send our emails, including the Purpose Clarity Guide series. You can unsubscribe from any email. mailchimp.com/legal/privacy · activecampaign.com/legal/privacy-policy
Artificial intelligence (AI) tools
For our own drafting of content and resources, we use AI tools, including OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude), and others that may change over time. We don’t enter personal client information for this.
For session recordings and notes, we may use AI transcription or summary tools, only with your agreement. The tool may change over time. See section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
Website analytics and advertising
Google Analytics shows us how people use our websites. Opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) supports our advertising and ad measurement, including through the Meta Pixel. Ad settings: facebook.com/adpreferences
Your cookie banner choices control whether these run. We don’t send coaching or sensitive information to Meta or Google.
Website hosting
Our websites run on WordPress, hosted by Namecheap, which may store website data outside Australia.
Leading From Your Strengths (LFYS) profiles
You buy your profile directly from Ministry Insights (ministryinsights.com). They handle that information under their own privacy policy.
