Our website and online services may be hosted or delivered via platforms such as (but not limited to) Thinkific , ActiveCampaign and WooCommerce, which provide us with the tools to offer our services and products.

4. Coaching Services
4.1 Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support your personal and professional growth. It is not therapy or a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
You agree that:
- You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes,
- Coaching does not treat or diagnose mental health conditions,
- You will seek external support where appropriate.
4.2 Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are confidential in line with the ICF Code of Ethics. However, the coaching relationship is not protected by legal privilege. We will not share your personal information without consent, except where:
- Required by law,
- There is a risk of harm to you or others,
- It is part of ethical coach supervision or professional development (only generalised/anonymised information is used).
Recordings may be made for training or personal review purposes, and you’ll be notified in advance. You may opt out at any time.
4.3 Session Scheduling and Cancellations
Sessions can take place in-person, online, or via phone. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if rescheduling is needed. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy
5. Payments and Billing
You agree to provide accurate, complete billing and account information. We may cancel or limit orders placed under the same name, account, or payment method. We reserve the right to notify you of changes or cancellations via the contact details you provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equipe Coaching & Counselling is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses,
- Emotional distress,
- Errors, interruptions, or service delays.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant services.
You acknowledge that any personal arrangements (e.g. travel or accommodation) made in relation to coaching events are at your own risk.

If a dispute arises, we are committed to resolving it fairly. You agree to engage in good-faith mediation for up to 60 days before taking further action.
8. Privacy and Data
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for reviewing it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information in compliance with Australian and international privacy laws, including the GDPR.
9. Intellectual Property and User Content
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this site is owned or licensed by Equipe Coaching & Counselling. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
