Overview

This website is operated by Equipe Coaching & Counselling Pty Ltd (ABN 59 657 410 627), trading as Equipe Coaching. Throughout this site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the company.

By using our website or buying any of our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including the policies they refer to. These Terms apply to everyone who uses our site, including visitors and customers. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

We deliver our courses and services through third-party platforms and providers, such as Thinkific for course hosting, together with website hosting, payment, scheduling, and email and marketing providers (for example, ActiveCampaign or similar tools). We may change these providers from time to time.

1. Using our website and services

By using our services you confirm that you’re at least 18 years old. You agree not to use our website or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

We may decline or end a service where reasonably necessary, for example for misuse, non-payment or abusive behaviour. We may also change or discontinue products or services. If we discontinue something you’ve paid for and haven’t received, we’ll refund you.

2. Accuracy and updates

We aim to keep our information accurate, current and complete, but we can’t guarantee all content is free of errors. Please seek independent advice before making significant decisions based on our materials. We may update our website content at any time.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are in Australian dollars and shown at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases. If we notice an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and, if you’ve paid, refund you in full.

Some offerings may be available only in limited quantities or for limited times. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Online courses

• Access to a course is for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless your purchase confirmation says otherwise. People who enrolled before 21 October 2026 keep the access they purchased.
• Your access is personal to you. Please don’t share your login or the course materials, or use them commercially.
• Courses are pre-recorded. We may update or improve course content over time.

5. Coaching services

5.1 The coaching relationship

Coaching is a collaborative process that supports your personal and professional growth. It isn’t therapy, and it isn’t a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

You agree that:

• you are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes,
• coaching doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and
• you’ll seek other support where that’s appropriate.

5.2 Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are confidential. Rick’s professional coach training was completed through ICF-accredited programs, and he is guided by the ICF Code of Ethics. The coaching relationship isn’t protected by legal privilege. We won’t share your personal information without your consent, except where:

• the law requires it,
• there is a risk of harm to you or others, or
• it forms part of ethical coach supervision or professional development, where only general or anonymised information is used.

5.3 Recording

Sessions are occasionally recorded, by phone or on an online platform such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom. We’ll always ask for your permission before recording starts, and you can say no, or ask us to stop, at any time without affecting your coaching. Using a session for Rick’s own coach training, or processing it with an AI transcription tool, needs your separate permission. Recordings are kept securely and deleted after up to 24 months. 5.4 Scheduling and cancellations

Sessions are held by phone or online, and occasionally in person. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Payments

Please give us accurate billing and account information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We may cancel an order if payment fails or we reasonably suspect fraud, and we’ll let you know using the contact details you gave us.

7. Consumer guarantees and our responsibility to you

Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits those guarantees or your other rights under the law.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Any personal arrangements you make, such as travel or accommodation for an event, are at your own risk.

8. If something goes wrong

Please contact us first at admin@equipecoaching.com. We’ll reply within 10 business days and work with you in good faith to resolve it. If we can’t resolve it, either of us may suggest mediation before starting legal action. This doesn’t stop you contacting a regulator or using your rights under consumer law.

9. Privacy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which follows the Australian Privacy Principles.

10. Intellectual property

Unless we say otherwise, everything on this site and in our courses is owned by or licensed to us. Please don’t reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission. If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve our services.

11. Third-party tools and links

We may link to or offer access to tools operated by others. We aren’t responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices, so please read their terms yourself.

12. Prohibited uses

Please don’t use our site or services to:

• break any law or regulation,
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property,
• harass or harm others,
• spread malware or malicious content, or
• misrepresent yourself or impersonate someone else.

We may suspend or end your access if these Terms are breached.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in place when you purchase applies to that purchase. We’ll update the date at the top of this page, and let you know by email about significant changes where we have your email address.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland.
