Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want the decision to explore your purpose and calling to feel safe, transparent, and risk-free. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled across our different offerings.

1. Individual & Group Coaching Sessions

Covered by your personalised agreement. Additional key points:

Rescheduling requires 24+ hours’ notice
Missed sessions without notice may be charged
Either party may terminate the agreement with 1 week’s notice. Client will be billed for services up to that date.

2. Online Courses (Non-Packaged)

For self-paced online products (e.g. Discover Your Calling Course, purchased without coaching):

30-Day Money Back Guarantee: Cancel within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund less any associated expenses (e.g. merchant/booking fees, LFYS Profile code, etc.).

3. Coaching Packages (Coaching + Online Course)

These packages may include online course content and personal or group coaching.

Personal Coaching Packages

30-Day Money Back Guarantee (less associated expenses)
After 30 days: Refunds apply only to unused coaching sessions, calculated pro-rata based on the original block rate. Includes an additional 20% fee.

Example: $540 for 3 sessions = $180/session → If 1 session is used, refund = $360 – 20% = $288.

The full amount of any unused coaching session fees has the option of being transferred to another person who you refer to Equipe Coaching & Counselling Pty Ltd.

Group Coaching Packages

30-Day Money Back Guarantee (less associated expenses)
Cancellations within 14 days of start date = 75% refund*
Cancellations within 7 days of start date = 50% refund*
Cancellations within 3 days of start date = 25% refund*
Cancellations on or after course start = NIL refund*

*Fees are transferable to another person if you find someone to take your place.

Note: Limited group places are reserved per participant. Late cancellations may have prevented others from joining.

Validity of Pre-Paid Coaching Sessions

All coaching sessions that have been pre-paid must be used within 12 months from the date of the invoice.
Any unused sessions after this time will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
Extensions may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Equipe Coaching & Counselling.

4. Live Events (No Online Component)

Including 1-day courses or in-person workshops.

If You Cancel as an individual:

Cancel 72+ hours before = Refund less $50 admin fee & other expenses (e.g. venue, printing, etc.)
Cancel within 72 hours = No refund, but you may be offered a credit (after expenses deducted) toward future Equipe Coaching events or services/products.

If You Cancel as a group:

Covered by your personalised group agreement.

If We Cancel:

In rare cases of low enrolment, we may cancel or postpone.
You’ll receive a full refund or offered an alternative option.

5. Third-Party Products (e.g. LFYS Profile)

If included in your purchase, the RRP (after currency conversion) will be deducted from any refund if the profile code has already been issued.

6. Follow-up After Cancellation

We care about your journey. If you cancel, we may reach out to check in, offer support, or invite feedback through a short survey.
